Position: Data Engineer
Compensation: $ 55 - $60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Utilize Databricks and Azure Data Factory for data processing
- Lead data modernization initiatives and migrations
- Collaborate on multiple concurrent projects
- Drive requirements gathering and unblock work
- Ensure high performance and scalability of data systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong hands-on data engineering experience
- Proven experience with end-to-end data pipelines
- Expertise in Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Experience in Azure-based modern data environments
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with data modernization projects
- Comfortable working in transformation environments
