QA Analyst

Position: QA Analyst

Compensation: $50 - $65 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled QA / Tester to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created QA role and help build the testing foundation from the ground up. You’ll support major Point of Sale implementation work, collaborate with a highly technical team, and play a key role in documenting processes, creating test cases, and ensuring strong quality from day one.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform manual QA testing for POS implementation projects
• Review requirements and develop detailed test cases
• Document testing steps, findings, and execution results
• Support functional testing across new system configurations
• Help establish QA processes and documentation from scratch
• Identify issues and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
• Work closely with technical and business teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of QA or testing experience
• Strong manual testing background
• Experience writing thorough test cases
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience testing restaurant or retail systems
• Ability to work independently in a new QA environment
• Comfort turning requirements into test scenarios

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Toast Point of Sale
• Experience with CrunchTime
• Background supporting Point of Sale implementations
• Experience building QA processes from the ground up
