Core Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage construction projects from planning through completion
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project resources
- Client Support: Support client relationships and project communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with field teams and operational leadership
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, schedules, and financial results
- Travel Requirements: Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast
- Leadership Development: Participate in leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Strategic Support: Support strategic growth objectives of the organization
Requirements
- PE License: Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management Experience: Construction project management experience
- Field Operations Experience: Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, and field operations
- Scheduling Knowledge: Strong understanding of project scheduling and budgeting
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel Ability: Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership Potential: Executive presence and leadership potential
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Up to 7 years of construction industry experience
- Specialization Experience: Experience in excavation, civil construction, roofing, or related industries
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Presentation Skills: Experience presenting information to clients, leadership teams, and project stakeholders
- Leadership Ambitions: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and career growth ambitions
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
