Responsibilities:
Active Lead for Inbound Phone Calls, Emails & Online Chats
Greet and Assist Walk-In Customers
New Account Setup, Account Management & Accurate Order Entry
Initiate Returns / Exchanges as Requested by Customers
Quickly and Efficiently Resolve Customer Issues
Work with Customers to Track, Reroute and/or Quickly Resolve Delivery Exceptions
Assist with Team Projects & General Administrative Duties as Needed

The client is a multi-channel (B2B) distributor of supplies for Point-of-Sale systems and specialty printers.
We are looking for a sharp, energetic, fun and engaging person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate for this role will develop a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-versed in product knowledge – both of which are critical for offering quick and accurate expertise that customers expect from us.
