Job Role: Finance Business Systems Analyst (Workday Finance)
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

Overview
We are seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst with strong Workday Finance experience to support configuration, enhancements, and production support for Workday Financial applications and integrated systems. The role partners closely with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders
- Configure and support Workday Finance modules and related systems
- Provide Tier-2 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects
- Manage enhancements, testing, and production deployments
- Develop and execute test plans and support UAT and system upgrades
- Collaborate with IT teams on integrations and system improvements
- Monitor issues, escalate when needed, and provide status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of Workday Finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials (FDM/Accounting, Banking, Projects, Adaptive Planning preferred)
- Experience in business analysis, testing, and system support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Workday Reporting experience is a plue
Salary : $70 - $85
