Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and manage performance within an assigned West Coast territory
- Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships
- Partner with manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and machine tool dealers
- Evaluate customer processes and recommend tailored technical solutions
- Support product demonstrations, customer visits, and industry events
- Assist with ROI justifications and competitive evaluations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical B2B sales within manufacturing, CNC machining, automation, or related fields
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage a territory and build lasting customer relationships
- Comfortable working through both direct and distributor sales channels
- Highly organized with strong follow-through skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the West Coast Territory region
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience with CNC machinery, automation systems, or industrial technology preferred
