Key Responsibilities Of The Business Operations Coordinator
Branch Operations Support
Maintain crew leader lists and seasonal audit schedules.
Send weekly safety audit reminders and update huddle schedules.
Assist with project scheduling, purchase orders, and client coordination.
Report and track insurance claims, vehicle registrations, and SOP documentation.
Update weekly OM Metrics using PowerBI (Drive Time, Overtime, Site Audits, Azuga Drive Scores).
Sales & Client Support
Support sales team with production schedules and client communications.
Assist with purchasing and permit acquisition for job sites.
Human Resources & Employee Support
Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding.
Coordinate H2B travel and accommodations.
Assist payroll processing and maintain employee records.
Support workers' comp claims and safety compliance.
Track training completions and help schedule required courses.
Qualifications For The Business Operations Coordinator
Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience: Prior administrative experience, ideally in landscaping or a related industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting software.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information and pivot responsibilities as needed.
