Crude Oil Contracts Analyst
This high-impact role offers direct exposure to strategic decision-making, focusing on commercial analysis, data management, and coordination activities that support the development, evaluation, and execution of contracts arrangements. This position plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making, cost optimization, and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain simple, effective analytical tools and trackers to evaluate and monitor nominations, deliveries, and exchange balances
- Support marketing team with data necessary to prepare bids and make timely decisions
- Draft contracts, briefs and coordinating contracts, amendments, exhibits, and correspondence for specific types of agreements, ensuring all documentation is properly handled, routed and filed
- Act as primary contact for external customers to handle routine contract issues and questions, respond to requests from internal customers, and ensure all appropriate actions are taken and/or communicated to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Review and manage documents related to the crude oil business such as Master Service Agreements, Access Agreements, and Certificates of Insurance
- Oversee transfer of contracts for all acquisitions, work directly customer to ensure smooth transition process and accurate documentation.

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
