Electro-Mechanical Machine Builder – 1st Shift (Out by 2:30 PM)
$25.00 - $35.00/hr Overtime Profit Sharing • Menomonee Falls, WI Area • Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM Start
- EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 2 years of dedicated industrial machine building or complex electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- DUAL-THREAT SKILLS: Strong capability in both mechanical component alignment and point-to-point electrical panel wiring/termination.
- WORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift | Monday through Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | Occasional voluntary overtime.
- COMPENSATION: $25.00 to $35.00/hour (Up to $72,800 base) depending on technical depth comprehensive medical/dental 401k
- TOOL REQUIREMENT: Candidates must possess and provide their own standard mechanical and electrical hand/power tools.
- LOCATION: Menomonee Falls, WI area (100% onsite manufacturing environment).

The equipment integrates complex drive systems, custom electrical panels, and high-speed moving parts. You will work closely with a sharp engineering team, using 3D layouts and schematics to build high-end machinery from the ground up.
What You Will Be Doing
- Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation: Reading and precisely executing complex mechanical assembly blueprints and multi-page electrical schematics.
- Electrical Panel Integration: Mounting components, routing wireways, and terminating electrical panels, motors, and industrial controls according to schematics.
- Mechanical Precision Assembly: Laying out, drilling, reaming, tapping, and cutting raw or machined parts to fit specific machinery frames.
- Drive System Alignment: Assembling and tuning critical mechanical drive systems by aligning gears, sprockets, shafts, pulleys, chains, and belts.
- Quality Tolerance Verification: Utilizing precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, squares) to ensure all components conform to strict design tolerances.
- Fabrication Tools Operation: Safely setting up and operating localized metalworking equipment including industrial saws, grinders, and sanders to modify parts on the fly.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Shop Track Record: At least 2 years of verifiable experience building industrial machinery, custom automation, conveyors, or specialized capital equipment.
- Strong Electrical/Mechanical Aptitude: Completely comfortable wiring up industrial controls/motors and working fluently with both Metric and SAE hardware sizes.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally with hoists/lifts), stand for extended periods, and navigate standard production floor settings.
- Reliable Work Ethic: A history of excellent attendance, high safety consciousness (proper PPE use), and a pride in the craftsmanship of your builds.
