What You Will Be Doing- Performing complete, independent setups and operating automated CNC milling and turning centers to exacting aerospace specifications
- Managing tool page offsets and settings to maintain incredibly tight tolerances and optimize machine cycle times
- Utilizing advanced precision gauging and measuring instruments to ensure 100% quality compliance on high-complexity production runs
- Investigating and troubleshooting mechanical or program-related issues to maintain a high-efficiency production flow
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and maintaining a highly organized, 5S-compliant workspace
- Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and applying GD&T principles to ensure part integrity
- Experience: 2 years of CNC machining experience, specifically including at least 1 year of independent setup expertise
- Technical Skills: Mastery of blueprint reading and a strong foundational understanding of GD&T as well as G&M codes
- Quality Focus: Proven ability to utilize advanced gauging and precision measuring tools for rigorous quality verification
- Reliability: A stable work history with a commitment to a 2nd shift schedule and a high-precision mindset
- Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a 45-minute commute of the East Troy area
- Strong Pluses: Prior experience in Aerospace, Medical, or Defense manufacturing; experience with multi-axis machines
