What We Are Looking For
We want a CNC Machinist who does not just “run parts” — but takes pride in craftsmanship. Someone
who:
• Has 3 years setting up and operating CNC machines
• Knows how to select tooling, adjust offsets, and edit programs with confidence
• Brings an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and works well both independently and as part of a team
• Understands G&M codes at a fundamental level
• Can measure and inspect parts with precision tools
• Reads and interprets blueprints, specs, and quality documents like second nature
• Has some programming experience or the desire to learn
Starting pay for the right experience and attitude is between $32 - $35 per hour. If you are
