Key Responsibilities:
• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software.
• Set up and operate CNC horizontal milling, vertical machining, and turning centers.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
• Perform first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of production and quality records.
• Ensure adherence to safety and workplace standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or Machining.
• 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code).
• Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers and CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges).
• Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
