Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Mostly Remote – Candidate must reside in the Kansas City metro area and be available to report onsite as needed
Duration :- 13 Weeks (with possible extension)
Traveller Pay Rate: $25/hr on w2
Position Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support healthcare recruitment activities in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare recruiting experience, strong candidate-screening skills, and the ability to effectively manage a high-volume recruiting desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified healthcare candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial qualification calls.
- Manage a high-volume recruiting desk and multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
- Communicate extensively with candidates by phone, email, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Proactively source candidates using various recruiting strategies and platforms.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of healthcare recruitment experience, including candidate screening.
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing a high-volume recruiting desk.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone conducting candidate outreach and screening.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
- Strong background in proactive candidate sourcing.
- Experience recruiting for multiple healthcare roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
