Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support healthcare recruitment activities in a high-volume environment. The role will focus on candidate screening, sourcing, outreach, and recruitment pipeline management, while utilizing an ATS to manage candidate activity.
The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare recruitment experience, be comfortable managing a high-volume desk, and have strong communication skills with the ability to spend significant time on the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates.
- Screen candidates based on position requirements.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle a high-volume recruitment desk.
- Utilize an ATS to track candidate activity and recruitment progress.
- Conduct frequent candidate outreach by phone.
- Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Support recruitment pipeline development and candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
- Experience screening candidates.
- Prior ATS experience required.
- Experience managing a high-volume recruitment desk.
- Comfortable with frequent phone-based candidate communication.
