Pay Rate: Pay/Salary Range: $15.50-$26.24 experience dependent
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general, preventive, and routine maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building maintenance, plumbing, heating, electrical systems, sanitation, and fire and safety regulations. This role requires strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and on-call requirements.
- Perform general, routine, and preventive maintenance on hospital buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Respond to daily maintenance and service requests.
- Inspect and maintain assigned areas of the facility.
- Perform maintenance related to plumbing, heating, electrical, and building systems.
- Follow hospital sanitation, fire, and safety regulations.
- Identify maintenance issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Support safe, clean, and properly functioning facility operations.
- Participate in the on-call rotation every 4th week.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of related maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of:
- Building maintenance
- Plumbing systems
- Heating systems
- Electrical systems
- Sanitation practices
- Fire and safety regulations
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
