Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Overview:
The L&D Intern will support training initiatives and employee development programs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate training, instructional design, communication, and talent development while contributing to meaningful projects that impact the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training materials, e-learning modules, and workshops.
· Support the coordination and logistics of L&D programs, including scheduling sessions, managing invites, and tracking attendance.
· Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by assisting with user and content management, tracking learner progress, Express Class submissions, and generating reports.
· Update training content to ensure compliance with correct marketing templates.
· Assist in administrative tasks such as managing requests received via the L&D inbox, maintaining training records and preparing reports.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
· Strong interest in learning and development, employee training, and instructional design.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training methodologies.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
· Basic knowledge of e-learning tools (Articulate, Canva, or Adobe Captivate) is a plus but not required.
