The incumbent will be responsible for:
- coverage and vacation schedule of support staff (Secretaries, Executive Assistants and Reception).
- Keep adequate coverage for secretarial desks during peak vacation and holiday seasons.
- Prepare reports on lateness and absenteeism and recommends procedures to reduce issues.
- Identify and resolve utilization and capacity issues across the team.
The incumbent will also be responsible to:
- Assist in the planning, organization and implementation of the day-to-day administrative operations of the Office Services functions including Mailroom, Copy Center, Supply Room and vendors.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Business Management Post-graduate degree in Business or Human Resource Management preferred.
- 4-6 years of human resources or personnel management experience in a law firm setting.
