HR Generalist

They blend both administrative and strategic responsibilities, taking charge of staffing, onboarding, benefits administration, policy compliance, employee relations, and data management.
- Key Functions:
- Daily Operations: Assisting with day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Record Maintenance: Compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft formats.
- Job Posting: Assisting in posting job advertisements and managing candidate communication.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- New Hire Integration: Organizing and facilitating onboarding programs to help new employees acclimatize to the organization.
- HR Projects: Coordinating HR initiatives, such as training sessions, surveys, reviews and meetings, while taking minutes as needed.
- Communication Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
