Radiology Practitioner Assistant
Location: Denver, CO
MUST-HAVES
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved RRA program with current ARRT (RRA) certification OR completion of an accredited RPA program with current CBRPA registration
- Minimum of 5 years of radiology experience
- Strong proficiency in performing fluoroscopic and advanced diagnostic procedures
- Ability to maintain sterile technique during invasive procedures
Position Overview
Join a large, highly respected multisite radiology practice in the Denver metro area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, performing a wide range of advanced clinical procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of fluoroscopy-based diagnostic exams
- Conduct inpatient and outpatient barium and water-soluble GI studies
- Perform contrast studies of the urinary tract
- Assist with and perform procedures including:
- Joint injections and aspirations
- Tube placements
- Lumbar punctures
- Hysterosalpingograms
- Work under the supervision of radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety
- Maintain strict sterile technique during all invasive procedures
