Construction Project Manager
Location: Norfolk, NE (On-site)
Compensation: $80,000 – $130,000 per year

Must-Have Requirements
- Location: Must be local to Nebraska.
- Experience: 5 years of Construction Project Management experience (Commercial/Institutional preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and owner/subcontract agreements.
- Software Skills: Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, or iAuditor is highly preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a disciplined, high-ownership Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through final closeout. Key Responsibilities
- Pre-construction & Estimating: Review designs, support estimating efforts, and coordinate permits and insurance to ensure a seamless project launch.
- Schedule & Cost Control: Build and manage project schedules (including long-lead items and pull plans). Monitor job costs and address financial variances early to ensure profitability.
- Documentation Management: Oversee the flow of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications with high precision.
- Field Leadership: Lead regular meetings with owners and subcontractors. Maintain a strong site presence to support safety expectations and quality control.
- Project Closeout: Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation to ensure a professional finish and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with architects, owners, and crews.
- Strong administrative skills regarding billing procedures and insurance compliance.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Sharp prioritization skills and the ability to manage shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
