Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Monitor plant performance against budget and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain accurate financial forecasts
- Provide ongoing financial insights and updates to plant leadership
- Evaluate production costs, labor, materials, and overhead
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Oversee inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Prevent excess inventory and stock shortages
- Maintain strong internal controls aligned with GAAP
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency
