Must-Have Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 8 years of mechanical/HVAC design experience in an A/E environment
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with HVAC design tools (e.g., Trane Trace, HAP)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, energy standards, and sustainable design
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and manage deadlines
