Plant Controller - CFO Track!

We’re partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing start-up in Spartanburg to find their next Plant Controller — a role designed for a heavy hitter who can build out the finance & accounting function from the ground up.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to CFO.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Roll up your sleeves in the weeds while shaping high-level strategy

✔️ Lead ERP implementation & costing initiatives

✔️ Partner directly with leadership to scale the business

✔️ Build finance & accounting infrastructure for long-term growth

💲 Compensation: Up to $170k base upside with growth
