Compensation & Schedule:
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
- Full-time, Day Shift

About the Role
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in the beautiful Finger Lakes region, where your leadership will directly impact patient care and staff development. This role oversees a Special Needs Unit and plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, patient safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, including CNA Trainees, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and Unit Clerks
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care
- Drive initiatives focused on patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement
- Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated, interdisciplinary care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing personnel
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and best practices in LTC
- Utilize data and analytics to improve processes and patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using EMR/clinical systems

Qualifications
