- Full-Stack Execution: Hands-on mastery of the "Digital Engine"—SEO, Email Marketing, Website Management, and Analytics.
- Revenue Driven: A track record of developing strategies that result in measurable lead generation and pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Brand Architecture
- Design and own the annual marketing roadmap, pivoting quickly based on market feedback and startup-speed business goals.
- Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate high-value industrial and environmental targets.
- Establish the firm’s voice as a technical authority through case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
- The Digital Lead Machine
- Act as the hands-on lead for all digital channels: SEO, SEM, Website optimization, and automated email nurturing.
- Audit and optimize CRM workflows to ensure seamless hand-offs between marketing leads and the sales team.
- Track every dollar: Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to inform the President on where to double down.
- Field & Multi-Channel Engagement
- Own the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and events—from booth design and logistics to aggressive post-show lead conversion.
- Manage all external vendor relationships (designers, agencies, print) to ensure maximum output with a lean budget.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
