Must-Have Qualifications
- 8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong experience in the plastic molding industry
- In-depth knowledge of plastic molding equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Experience developing and executing preventive maintenance programs
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the plant maintenance team, ensuring efficient task execution and high performance
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program
- Oversee repairs, retrofits, and upgrades for plastic molding equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve equipment issues proactively
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and align with production needs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Manage and optimize the maintenance budget and resource allocation
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain critical spare parts inventory
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data and operational insights
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
