- Experience working within an ERP system
- Demonstrated involvement in process improvement or digitalization initiatives (e.g., AP workflow, ERP migration)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide insights to support business decisions and performance improvement
- Manage credit processes across the Americas
- Oversee local financing activities and cash flow management
- Ensure timely tax filings and coordinate internal/external audits
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Lead or support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., AP automation, ERP upgrades)
