Requirements:
- Significant experience handling technology transactions, commercial contracts, and intellectual property licensing matters
- Portable book of business and demonstrated client relationship management experience
- Deep experience drafting and negotiating technology licensing, SaaS, cloud services, outsourcing, and software development agreements
- Familiarity with technology issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions
- Admission to the DC Bar or ability to waive into the jurisdiction preferred
