Requirements:
- Significant experience advising clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance matters
- Strong knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws, FTC enforcement, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience counseling on data breach response, cybersecurity preparedness, and incident management
- Experience advising on privacy and data security issues in corporate transactions, technology agreements, or commercial matters
- Admission to the DC Bar or ability to waive into the jurisdiction preferred
