The Position:

Associates will advise on acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, syndicated credit facilities, and private credit transactions. Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the North Carolina Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission).
- 2–6 years of experience in leveraged finance, banking and finance, private credit, or related transactional matters at a leading law firm.
- Experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, or other transaction parties in complex financing transactions.
- Familiarity with credit agreements, commitment letters, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
