The Position:
A prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Cleveland office. Associates will be involved in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, legal research, drafting motions and briefs, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. The role offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop advocacy skills while working alongside experienced litigators on sophisticated matters.

- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
