About the Practice:
The Capital Markets group represents issuers and market participants worldwide on corporate governance, securities regulation, and complex transactional matters. The team advises on both public and private offerings, including IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt, follow-ons, and convertible instruments. In addition to transactional support, the group regularly counsels clients on disclosure obligations, SEC reporting, and evolving regulatory considerations.
The Role:
The firm seeks an Associate with a minimum of two years of capital markets experience, including a mix of public offerings, SEC reporting, and governance counseling. This is a client-facing role with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and work directly with issuers and underwriters.
Qualifications:
- Experience with public offerings, SEC reporting, and corporate governance
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- California Bar admission required
- Excellent academic credentials
Compensation & Benefits:
Base compensation for this role ranges from $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, discretionary bonuses, and professional development support.
