- You handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- You make recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing based on guest preferences and your expert knowledge of the area.
- You utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- You maintain a clean and organized concierge desk.

Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Prior experience in a customer service or guest relations role is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills are essential.
