- Accurately handles cash transactions, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
- Works effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other servers and banquet staff to provide seamless service.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event.
- Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience

Knowledge/Skills
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
