We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist who can operate professionally with sound judgment across all areas of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Payroll and manage related tasks such as monitorning time sheets, setting up new employee profiles, etc...
- Maintain HR information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Assist managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including 401(k) plan administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist exposure
- Hands-on experince with ADP Payroll required
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in performance management and employee relations
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
