iGas is a leading refrigerant distributor and manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices. We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Internal Control Manager to strengthen our accounting function and ensure robust internal controls across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal control frameworks and policies
- Evaluate and improve accounting and operational processes to mitigate risk
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit activities
- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Support month-end and year-end close processes from a controls perspective
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls across operations and manufacturing
- Monitor inventory controls, costing processes, and supply chain risks
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership
- Train staff on internal control best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or internal controls
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central and internal control documentation
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
