Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize our website including web design, development and content
- Lead social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms, driving engagement and growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize ROI – focused digital campaigns
- Develop compelling content (visual and written) aligned with brand identity and monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
- Manage and evolve brand positioning and consistency across all channels
- Execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies
- Oversee and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) to drive conversion and revenue
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across a multi-channel environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong proficiency in web design and development
- Experience with AI tools and/or image editing software
- Proven success growing social media platforms and managing digital advertising campaigns with content creation
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong brand identity
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reporting
