IDR is seeking a traveling Trainer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in State of Tennessee. This role involves supporting training efforts within the state, with extensive travel required to various counties and onsite support as needed.
Position Overview for the Trainer:
- Deliver end-user training to county workers on a new system
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and onsite as needed
- Update and maintain training materials, presentations, and documentation based on system or process changes
- Partner with project teams and client stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business processes and system functionality
- Support training logistics, preparation, and coordination activities as required
Requirements for the Trainer:
- Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or conducting end-user training sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Comfortable updating and modifying training materials, documentation, and learning content
- Professional, personable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business workflows
