This role involves providing data-driven insights and analytical support to enhance employee experience initiatives. Position Overview for the Advisor - Employee Experience Analytics:
- Serve as a key contributor in delivering analytical insights, reporting solutions, and support to enable data-informed decision-making across employee experience functions.
- Focus on executing and planning by translating business needs into scalable analytics, reports, and visualizations to support workforce strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data accessibility, ensure high-quality data use, and contribute to analytics standards, processes, and governance.
- Analyze large HR/EX datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, translating these into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
Requirements for the Advisor - Employee Experience Analytics:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related data-driven role.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with employee listening platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and survey analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build reports/dashboards, and communicate insights effectively.
