Data Center Service Delivery Manager

IDR is seeking a Data Center Service Delivery Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Chicago, IL  more than 85% travel. This role involves overseeing end-to-end service delivery operations within a technology-driven environment, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all service streams. The company operates within the data center and IT infrastructure industry, committed to operational excellence and client success.

Position Overview for the Data Center Service Delivery Manager:

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all service streams.
• Own and manage critical incidents, coordinating resolution efforts and leading stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery processes, procedures, and operational methodologies.
• Analyze internal and third-party processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive service delivery efficiencies.
• Establish, monitor, and report on service KPIs, using performance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to support project success, operational excellence, and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements for the Data Center Service Delivery Manager:

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the technology and/or manufacturing industry.
• Preferred experience in the VAR / Integrator industry.
• Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment.
