Position Overview for the Inventory Functional Business Analyst :
- Serve as a key member of the ERP transformation team supporting business process design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Workday business processes and integrations.
- Apply expertise in Inventory business operations, requirements gathering, requirements documentation, and organizational change activities.
Requirements for the Inventory Functional Business Analyst :
- Experience supporting ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle and strong knowledge of Workday Inventory module and configuration.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience coordinating testing and managing defect resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with data conversion, reporting requirements, and business process documentation.
