based onsite in Lacrosse, WI, supporting a one-year contract for a
client. In this position, you will provide technical support related to
computer hardware and software, assist with customer service inquiries,
and utilize ticket tracking software for documentation. The role
combines hands-on technical work with customer interactions and
collaboration with team members. Position Overview for the Workstation
Technician: \* Provide technical support for computer hardware and
software issues in a timely and professional manner. \* Use ticket
tracking software to document operations and customer requests. \*
Support high-priority projects and adapt workload based on requirements.
\* Evaluate customer requests to determine appropriate IT solutions,
including hardware or software recommendations. \* Assist with
activities requiring physical effort, including lifting up to
seventy-five pounds and working in various physical positions.
Requirements for the Workstation Technician: \* Two (2) years of
customer service experience supporting computers. \* Good organizational
skills, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. \*
Understanding of computer-related terminology such as CPU, Internet,
Networking, Client/Server, LAN/WAN. \* Ability to tolerate physical
activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and working
with arms above shoulder level. \* Must be able to lift seventy-five
