Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate activities related to the production of goods and services, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize costs, while ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards the company's objectives.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service, continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages productivity and employee engagement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, managing risks associated with operations.
- Performance Evaluation: Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, evaluating and improving operational and financial performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years Prior experience in management or leadership roles, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- US Citizenship (Dual Allowed) is required for this role.
- Must be comfortable working in our Eden Prairie, MN office.
Salary : $112,000 - $140,000
