Responsibilities
- Assist strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and support organizational business objectives.
- Assiston hardware forecasting to ensure customer requirements are met and year-end inventory targets are achieved.
- Collect data and prepare analyses forecasting demand or predicting inventory needs. Maintain collaboration with purchasing team and submit requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods.
- Use Salesforce and other means to forecast inventory needs based on upcoming sales.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
- Assist with planning and project management. Effectively communicate with departments such as Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Program Teams.
- Project manage and report progress on Supply Chain lead initiatives/transformation projects.
- Strong systems knowledge that includes advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Experience working with Great Plains a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with and partner with key business stakeholders.
