Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and reach trucks.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory.
- Assist in picking and packing orders for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper mechanical functioning.
- Participate in training sessions for heavy equipment operation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices and systems (e.g., AS400).
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
- Knowledge of packaging processes and order fulfillment procedures.
- Experience operating heavy machinery, including forklifts and order pickers.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to equipment maintenance.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
