Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with manufacturing teams to uphold quality assurance protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines for accurate measurements.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends and potential issues affecting product quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to manufacturing processes.
- Experience with HACCP principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in using vision inspection systems and other quality inspection tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
