Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities, ensuring that products are efficiently moved from our facility to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and be able to handle physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and transporting goods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and organization of items.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to facilitate the movement of goods.
• Drive box trucks or other vehicles for route driving, delivering products to various locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of items within the warehouse as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating equipment and performing tasks.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients during deliveries.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with loading and unloading procedures.
• Experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate box trucks and navigate routes efficiently.
• Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Knowledge of operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly throughout the shift.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
