We are seeking a Facilities Manager for our Mason, OH office to provide facilities maintenance to 2 building systems and overall oversight to a total of 4 buildings in the Mason area. The Facilities Manager will also support other sites located in New York, Virginia, Maryland Georgia and Florida and any other future sites ICR may take on in the future.
The Facilities Manager will provide overall building maintenance, manage vendors, manage server room cooling and backup power, provide facilities support for employees, as well as manage small facilities projects. A candidate should have good communication skills, ability to work on MS Project Office software, ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The Facilities Manager will provide overall building maintenance, manage vendors, manage server room cooling and backup power, provide facilities support for employees, as well as manage small facilities projects. A candidate should have good communication skills, ability to work on MS Project Office software, ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintenance/troubleshoot/basic repair of systems including (but not limited to) HVAC systems (VAV, FCU, Chiller) appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, equipment, access control systems, server room power and cooling;
- Develop, track, and execute preventative maintenance schedule for all building systems
- Responsible for managing all site maintenance and services activities. Including scheduling and supervising any necessary subcontractors required for advanced repairs or changes to building systems.
- Interfacing with the engineering team to identify changes to building systems required to support projects, such as new electrical circuits, including communicating specifications to subcontractors
- Basic handyman work including, but not limited to, hanging items on the wall, running new low-voltage cables, drywall repair/painting, changing water filters
- Must be able to transfer/obtain and maintain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- A drug screen and background check will be required as part of the hiring process.
- Periodic travel may be required to different ICR facilities.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with commercial electric (120V/208V/277V/480V 3 phase) and associated distribution systems. (All work will be completed by licensed electricians).
- Experience using basic electrical test tools including multimeters
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC and Building Control Systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment
- Willingness to be on-call for evening/weekend emergency support
- Experience reading technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Enjoys working with people in a customer service-oriented role
- Travel periodically will be required to 4-5 different ICR facilities.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
