Operations Associate, Programmatic Supply
Position Description
ICON International’s Programmatic business is growing, and we are seeking an efficient Operations Associate who will assist our team in managing complete and accurate billing across client and agency accounts. The Operations Associate will be responsible for the reconciliation process for all Programmatic supply working closely with the Sr. Operations Manager, Programmatic Supply. To be successful as an Operations Associate you should be able to multitask without compromising the accuracy of your work. An outstanding Operations Associate should have strong numerical aptitude and attention.
Responsibilities
- Manage billing related to Programmatic Supply
- Collect monthly delivery reports from vendors
- Confirm spend levels with account-facing team across all accounts and vendors
- Track trade usage across PG/PMP set ups for trade reconciliation
- Create and submit of all monthly P&Ls
- Resolve any discrepancies across suppliers and buyers with the support of other internal stakeholders
- Coordinate monthly spend with Finance, and track payment process for all clients
- Coordinate with Data & Analytics to ensure all reconciled spend is pulled into dashboard accurately
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly accurate in reviewing, processing, and reconciling financial data.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency, working in Excel
- Strong Numerical Acuity: Highly comfortable working with large datasets, financial figures, and complex calculations.
- Troubleshooting and Investigative Mindset: Possesses a natural curiosity and enjoys the process of "hunting down" and resolving discrepancies, often requiring in-depth investigation and data comparison.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
