About the Role
The Senior Content Creator is responsible for producing ICON's highest-level video content, brand trailers, division reels, talent showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and viral short-form media across Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube. This person is the visual voice of ICON
What You'll Do
- Produce 10-15 short-form videos per week
- Shoot, edit, and deliver cinematic content
- Work with Creative Director on storyboarding
- Create content for talent showcases and events
- Build viral edits tailored to algorithm trends
- Maintain ICON's visual consistency across platforms
- Work with CEO on major campaign videos
- Attend shoots, castings, events, and meetings
Qualifications
- 3-5 years content creation experience
- Expert in Tiktok editing, IG reels, CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut
- Experience with talent, modeling, events, or sports content
- Strong portfolio
Hybrid Work
- 2-3 days in-office/events/shoots
- Remote editing acceptable
Payroll & Protection Notes
- Payroll begins after 30 days
- Payroll paid monthly
- 90-day probation period standard
